AMAZING. Honestly, one of my top 3 service experiences ever. I bought a iPhone Xs which was losing battery power very only after a couple hours. I was going around and around in circles with Apple trying to get it fixed. Spoke to David, He is SUPER patient, professional, knowledgeable, just a good guy. Really can’t say enough nice things about how helpful he was. If I could give 6 stars I would.
